Tendonitis is inflammation of a tendon that causes pain. If it is not treated properly it can become chronic. Almost all riders are concerned even if they follow the good advice of prevention:

How I treated in a week?
– I continued to run slowly endurance by reducing kilometers running and increasing kilometers with my bicycle
– I regularly ice the painful area using an ice pack 3 times a day,
– I took a homeopathic treatment prescribed by my doctor sport, 5 pellets in the morning the following cocktail:

– Finally I applied each night a flector compress, topical anti-inflammatory.
After 7 days of treatment, the pain disappeared and I should be able to train normally again in a few days gradually reintegrating the split and uneven.
